Transfer rumors have swirled around Bruno Fernandes lately, but Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim has put the speculation to rest.
Saudi giants Al Hilal reportedly tabled a staggering £100 million bid for the Portuguese midfielder, yet Amorim isn’t interested. Speaking at a press conference, the Red Devils boss made it clear: Fernandes isn’t going anywhere.
“He’s extremely important for us and for our future plans,” Amorim stressed.
Since joining United in 2020, Fernandes has been a driving force in their attack, netting 49 goals and assisting 44 in just 141 games. With those numbers, it’s no surprise clubs are lining up for his signature.
But despite United’s ongoing rebuild under Amorim and a wave of new signings, Fernandes remains central to the squad.
