Afrobeats heavyweight and YBNL Nation frontman Olamide has officially unveiled the tracklist for his highly anticipated self-titled album, Olamide, scheduled for release on June 19, 2025.
The announcement, accompanied by captivating album art, showcases an eclectic 17-track lineup, featuring a blend of Nigerian stars and global icons, promising one of the most diverse and exciting releases of the year.
The project is anchored by multiple collaborations with Wizkid, appearing on standout tracks Kai and Billionaires Club. Street-hop sensation Seyi Vibez also shines with two features—Free (alongside rising star Muyeez) and the all-star anthem 99, which also enlists Young Jonn, Asake, and Daecolm.
One of the most unexpected moments on the album comes with legendary American producer Dr. Dre teaming up with Nigerian DJ and hitmaker Spinall on Indika—a bold crossover bridging West Coast hip-hop and Nigerian street sounds.
The guest list doesn’t stop there. The album also includes British-Nigerian rapper Darkoo, dancehall juggernaut Popcaan on Rain, alté pioneer BOJ on Stronger, and emerging vocalist Fadi on Paris, further signaling Olamide’s intent to blend global influences into his signature street-infused sound.
Track titles such as Prelude, Hasibunallah, Hybrid, Luvaluvah, and Lalakipo suggest a thematic mix of introspection, experimentation, and street wisdom—elements long associated with Olamide's evolving artistry.
